1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Only in India

  • If we do not currently ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping [Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days]

  • Express Shipping [Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days]

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over a certain amount ([e.g., ₹1000]).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
